Elegant apartment of large size in the historic center of Ostia, lido di Roma, in a connected and well served area.
It is possible to reach in few steps bars, restaurants and places for aperitif. The location is also strategic with regard to the most important connections: 150mt from the beach and the pleasant promenade, 500mt from the metro that connects to the center of Rome and 300mt from the Cotral stop that reaches the airport of Fiumicino in about 10 minutes.
APARTMENT
The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, with possibility of a third bed , two with bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower, kitchen complete with all comforts and large living room with sofa bed .
The rooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning.
At guests’ disposal wi-fi and washing machine, microwave, kettle.
Refundable deposit
A deposit of € 100 upon arrival is required to pay in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after a check of the accommodation’s condition.
Tourist tax
At check-in you will be charged the tourist tax to be paid in cash.
Smoking is not allowed and parties/events are not permitted inside the property.
